1. Key Features:
1.1 This welding machine is the first application of a PLC programmable controller with the following functions:
a)Two welding modes, ARC and SC, can be selected based on the PLC usage function.

ARC long cycle welding mode is a commonly used welding mode that uses ceramic rings and gas. Satisfactory welding results can be   achieved by using porcelain rings and gas shielding during welding. Working time 60ms to 450ms.

SC short cycle mode is a special welding mode without protection or gas protection, which can replace the function of energy storage welding for thin plates and long cycle welding. It can save the cost of porcelain rings and reduce welding deformation of workpieces. The current welding range is Φ 3-14 studs. Working time 30ms -70ms.

b)The PLC can preset the required pre-ventilation time based on the actual situation on site, which can save protective gas waste and reduce cost expenditure. In unprotected short cycle welding, it can be preset to zero and shorten the welding cycle.

c)The PLC can preset the arc striking time, preferably from 50ms to 100ms, to ensure successful arc striking. This parameter cannot be set to zero, otherwise the welding machine will not work.

d)The PLC can receive welding timing, and each welding time can be delayed and saved to ensure successful monitoring of each stud welding time, thereby improving welding quality. During welding, adjust the time on the panel to adjust the potentiometer, press the welding gun button, and each time you press it, the welding working time will be displayed to find the best parameters.

e)The purpose of PLC preset forging time is to avoid damage to the base material caused by two repeated combustion and unstable welding caused by rapid lifting of the welder's gun.

f)The purpose of PLC preset delayed gas off is to provide gas protection for the weld seam after welding, avoiding air intrusion and causing air holes.

g) The welding fluid count is a record of the welding signal received by the PLC on the pins and studs welded by the welder, which can directly count the number of welds made by the welder. And test the service life of the welding machine. The circuit board of this welding machine has a service life of one million times, and must be replaced at that time, otherwise it will affect the welding quality.

1.2 The main circuit board adopts an integrated module design:
It has a pilot current monitoring function, which is conducive to arc quality control.
It has the function of preventing secondary repeated welding and preventing accidents. The main circuit has protection functions such as phase loss, overcurrent, and overheating. Infinite adjustment time function, with an adjustment accuracy of 1ms. The welding time can be visually displayed through a PLC text display, ensuring precise parameter adjustment.

1.3 This series of welding machines has strong voltage applicability, with low voltage of 320V and high voltage of 440V. The generator can work normally as a power source.

1.4 It can securely weld ultra-thin hinge zinc plates from 0.6mm to ultra-thick plates from 30mm-50mm. The welding stud diameter ranges from Φ 3- Φ 14 can be used, with no gas protection or porcelain ring welding. The welding speed is 35 pieces per minute, and the qualification rate is close to 100%.

1.5 This series of welding machines can weld a variety of materials such as low-carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.
