QIZHI Header and Stub Automatic Welding Machine (GMAW)

Header stub automatic welding machine is mainly used in boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries in the orthogonal type tubular and similar parts automatic welding. It is not limited by the small tube length and shape, particularly applicable to small pitch tubular workpiece.

1. Key Features

1. Suitable for header and stub automatic welding, adopting GMAW welding method.
2. Unrestricted by stub length and shape, it can be used for welding of length longer than 80mm all type stubs, such as a straight stub or bend shape stub.
3. Flexible handhold welding head, welding head weight is only 4KG, easy operation.
4. The equipment has both air and water cooling functions and can operate for a long time in an environment where the header is preheated at 250 ºC.
