Qizhi Automatic TIG+SAW Pipe Welding Station
Pipe spool automatic welding machine (TIG+SAW) is mainly used for high-quality and precise automatic welding of pipes in various industries. It uses a U-shaped open chuck main machine to hold the workpiece for rotation, and the cantilever welding machine moves to various weld positions on the pipe section for welding.
The biggest feature of this equipment is that the workpiece can pass through the U-shaped open type chuck for rotational welding. The clamping part can ensure the coaxiality between the workpiece and the clamp rotating body.
The U-chuck clamping part can be held in the axial direction of the workpiece at the position closest to the weld seam for welding.
