H-beam Production Line

H-beam production line is mainly designed for heavy duty H beam production. It is mainly used in bridges. It starts from H beam assembling by tack welding till vertical straightening. The work-piece flows from assembling till straightening no need assistant from cranes.
It is a highly automated production line for H-beam, reducing the use frequency of traveling cranes. Through the use of automatic equipment such as conveyor rollers, turners, and steel movers, the H-beam during the welding process is transported, turned over, and moved, significantly improving the production efficiency of users.
