It is suitable for all position welding of 2-10mm thickness pipes and can weld materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, and duplex SS.
It can be used in two ways: wire filling and self- melting.
It comes with functions such as integrated wire feeding and automatic arc length lateral swing.
When combined with the AW400 programmable welding power supply, it can achieve precise welding and achieve ideal welding results.

- Specially designed for thick wall industrial pipes. The main structure consists of three parts: rotating system, clamping device, and transmission system.
- All position welding can be used in situations where the pipe cannot rotate and the process requirements are high.
- It has functions such as gas control, water control, current control, rotation control, and wire feeding control.
- The main part of the machine head is made of aluminum, with a lightweight structure and a clamping device method that can be adjusted based on different pipe dia.
- Adopting a gapless gear transmission design, the rotation is smooth, the moment of inertia is small, and there is no jamming phenomenon.
- Suitable for welding pipes made of medium thick wall carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Circulating water cooling of the welding torch, with long continuous working time.
- Self-melting and wire filling methods are available.
