The unique powder adding curve matches the operating speed of the steel strip with the powder adding speed at different production speeds to eliminate the impact of powder on the powder outlet at different operating speeds, ensuring uniform and consistent powder filling during the acceleration, constant speed, and deceleration stages;
5. Calculate the filling amount based on the changes in belt speed and powder feeding amount, display it online and configure it to immediately alarm and stop if it exceeds the set range;
