The CNC pipe end beveling machine adopts insert cold chip cutting process and is a CNC special machine used for pipe end face beveling processing.
The system has a built-in bevel graphic library, covering all current pipe bevel types, such as I type, V type, U type, X type, double V type, V+U type, double V+U type, as well as inner bevel, inner boring, outer circle processing, flat end face, etc. It is an ideal equipment for high-speed pipe end bevel.
It is composed of a bed, a power head, an axial cutting system, a cutter head rotation mechanism, a radial cutting system, a tool holder mechanism, a hydraulic left and right center clamping device, and a CNC control system. Adopting a CNC system for fully automatic control, the three-axis CNC linkage control of radial cutting, axial cutting, and cutter head rotation is achieved to achieve fully automatic bevel processing of various metal material. The operating system has a built-in pipe bevel graphics library, which can be completed with one click start regardless of the bevel form. The entire process does not require professional programming, intermediate shutdown, tool replacement, or manual intervention.
