QIZHI Header and Stub Automatic Welding Machine QZ63A(SAW)

Header stub automatic welding machine is mainly used in boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries in the orthogonal type tubular and similar parts automatic welding. It is not limited by the small tube length and shape, particularly applicable to small pitch tubular workpiece.

1.  Wire feeding in winding mode for more than 400°, welding head is not limited by the length and shapeof tubes, especially suitable for welding small pitch long tubular pieces and tubes with elbow.
2. Portable welding head is flexible, easy, and fast to operate.
3. Unique MAG model for FCAW welding, welding power source has the function of parameters adminis-tration.
4. The welding head is designed of air/water cooling, it can be operated continuously under temperature of 250ºC
