Welding manipulator/welding column and boom is a kind of widely-used and high-automated auxiliary equipment in welding industry.
Through the rotation of column and retraction&lifting of boom,welding manipulator meets welding requirements of cylinders with different sizes.Welding head is fixed at one end of welding manipulator to carry out automatic welding.This kind of welding manipulator could also be operated together with welding rotator/tank turning roller to carry out round and longitudinal welding of inside and outside seam,which has got extensive application in Boiler,Petrochemical,Shipbuilding and Steel structure industries
Column & Boom guiding rails are designed in a "V" shape.
They offer convenient adjustment, smooth movement, and high precision.
Imported frequency converters are utilized, providing a wide speed range and high accuracy.
An automatic locking device is employed. In case of chain breakage, the hook hangs into the anti-fall hole under spring tension.This prevents the boom and slider from falling down, ensuring the safety of both equipment and operators.
