QIZHI Dish End Fitting Up Machine adopts traveling base type structure, mainly consisted of frame, idler type rotating mechanism, hydraulic lifting/rotating mechanism, sliding base mechanism, clamping device, electric control and lubricating system etc. The platform rotating is driven by idler rotator, and allocate with hydraulic locking structure.It has the interface for together moving with welding column and boom.

Features
Machine frame is welded in H/I shape steel and steel plate, with reasonable design, good bend resistance and twist resistance ability, which is an important loading component for positioner.

Rotating mechanism mainly consists of rotating platform, rotating supporter, transmission mechanism etc.

The platform is in circle structure, and the fitting up clamping device can be directly installed platform, with automatic concentrate motorized fixing, motorized dish end depth adjusting function.

Platform is fixed on the large rotating supporters to guarantee stable rotating under rated loading.

Rotating supporter adopts 'single row ball type' structure, self-allocated with high precision external gear type rotating disc, able to bear radial force, axial force and capsizing moment at the same time, with large loading capacity, high rotating precision. It is in reasonable structure, with good rigidity, light self-weight and long lifecycle.

Rotating supporter is in whole sealing design, lubrication grease is hard to leak out, and the outside dust cannot enter into inside of supporter as well, further to avoid the damage to supporters, satisfy the welding requirement under severe environment.

Working platform rotating principle: rotate supporter-rotate platform, and the platform can idler traveling with rotator, allocated with two hydraulic cylinders for locking.

Platform lifting/rotating can be driven by hydraulic cylinder, adopt 2sets of HSG63 or HSG 50 cylinder for lifting and another 1set for rotating, the loading capacity can reach 2T.

Sliding base head is allocated at the bottom aide of positioner, consisted of base, sliding plate, rail skid, reducer, screw, dust protection cover, towing chain etc. The bottom base is in welded structure, after stress relief treatment, the strength and rigidity can be guaranteed, further to reduce the relief deformation. Final-machined rail skid make sure the precision and strength of guide rail, and the imported gear rack guarantee the transmission precision.
