1. Key Features
The main machine head is suspended at the end of the crossbeam of the column and boom type machine. The column and boom type machine moves the head to the position where it needs to be cut before cutting, and the column and boom type machine does not participate in linkage during the cutting process. The cutting working is independently completed by the CNC nozzle cutting system.

The cutting head adopts the center hole positioning laser light device to achieve fast and accurate positioning. The relative position between the head's rotation center and the centroid of the hole to be cut can be determined by adjusting the cross slide mechanism of the cutting machine. Then the positioning error of the workpiece and the cutting head is easy to control.

Specially designed center hole positioning laser light device can quickly determine the spatial position of the main machine head and shorten preparation time.

Full English/ Chinese human-machine operation interface, complete parameter settings, and real-time monitoring of the operating positions of each axis. Adopting a hybrid stepper motor and driver, it has the advantages of high torque, low vibration, low heat generation, and high reliability. θ, X, Y, Z the four axis linkage rotation can achieve CNC cutting of holes in orthogonal and eccentric situations.

The groove forms can be V-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped, and K-shaped, and continuous variable angle grooves can be cut to meet welding requirements.
