QIZHI H-type finned tube intermediate frequency resistance welding machine production line

The H-shaped finned tube adopts the resistance welding process method, which has a high fusion rate of the weld seam after welding, high tensile strength of the weld seam, and good thermal conductivity. H-shaped finned tubes can also be manufactured into double tube "double H" finned tubes, which have good structural rigidity and can be applied in situations with longer tube rows.

This equipment is composed of a steel strip uncoiler, a steel strip leveling device, an automatic steel strip feeding device, a fin hydraulic punching device, a fin tube welding host, a steel pipe storage rack, a fin tube storage rack, a welding transformer and its control system (with peak shifting output function, control screen: 7-inch color screen), a complete machine control system, and a cooling system.


ONLINE EQUIPMENT

Steel strip: Steel strip uncoiler uncoiling → Steel strip leveling device leveling → Steel strip automatic feeding device feeding → Fin hydraulic punch punching → Fin storage hopper → Welding machine head welding

Steel pipe storage rack → Steel pipe loading device → Steel pipe fixation (manual assistance) → Steel pipe support arm in place → Production preparation (manual) → Walking car advances to the starting position → Starting welding button, welding automatically runs → PLC program automatically controls production, stops automatically when the setting is completed → Pipe unloading starts, the car continues to move forward, pushes the finished pipe out of the welding position and automatically returns to the starting position to prepare for the next production.
