1. Key Features
A specially designed four axis CNC system with input parameters that automatically generate intersecting line track;
Offline teaching function and radius fine adjustment memory function can ensure the correct welding operation track;
Equipped with saddle speed compensation function to ensure consistent welding layer height;
The integrated hub and welding circuit are completely zoned and arranged, with module combination for easy maintenance (such as disassembling all parts of the upper part of the main engine without cutting off the aviation plug connection);
The welding circuit adopts a specially designed planar contact rotating conductive mechanism to ensure a more stable welding process.

3. Application
This machine is mainly used for welding the nozzle which can connect with flange in orthogonal and eccentric situations on pressure vessel, boilers or cylinders. Welding process is Submerged arc welding.
