1. Key Features
  1. The main machine is hanging at the end of the column and boom type welding machine, makes the machine flexible and convenient to move.
  2. The use of high-temperature resistant laser point makes the alignment between the machine center and the connecting nozzle center very convenient.
  3. The device is equipped with a ranging laser, which can achieve automatic ranging and centering. It can achieve tracking of the outer wall of the nozzle during the welding process.
  4. The system adopts a multi axis motion control and touch screen operation method, which is mature and stable with multi-functions.
  5. Teaching function: Deviation in groove cutting and nozzle assembly can cause non-uniform cross-sectional shapes of the weld bead and groove on the circumference, making it difficult to achieve good welding results simply by following the theoretical welding track. The teaching function selects several characteristic points on the welding track, records the distance in the radius and height direction in the actual movement track, and modifies the theoretical track so that it can be close to the real welding operation track during the welding process to avoid welding defects.
  6. Simply input the basic dimensions and groove angle of the pressure vessel, dish end and connecting nozzle om touch screen to achieve automatic welding, which is easy to operate.
  7. The segmented setting function of welding speed allows for different speeds to be set when the saddle is uphill and downhill, improving the formation of weld beads.
  8. By simply setting parameters, automatic welding beads routing can be achieved, with good forming and uniform welding beads.
  9. During the welding process, the arc can be started, stopped, and the welding direction can be changed at any position, capable of achieving forward and reverse welding.
  10. The equipment can achieve nozzle welding inside or outside the pressure vessel, when the inner diameter of the pressure vessel is bigger than 3000mm and the equipment operation will not be blocked by workpiece.
  11. Equipped with wireless manual control box operation function, it can achieve real-time correction of welding track during the welding process. It can adjust the position of lifting, retraction, and welding gun torch by jogging. It can also accelerate and decelerate welding speed. Welding can be started and stopped remotely.
