Features:

1. The outer shell of the oven is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm. The inner liner is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm.
2. The insulation layer of the oven is 120mm, and its insulation material is high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate cotton. The sealing between the door and the box is made of double-layer high-temperature resistant material, and a pull rod lock is used.
3. The heating of the oven is made of 304 seamless stainless steel (with heat dissipation fins outside the heating tube), distributed in the left and right air ducts of the oven, with a heating power of approximately 24KW-27KW.
4. The oven is a vertical circulating air blower, with a fan installed at the top of the oven, with a power of 380V/ 1.1~1.5KW. The fan blades are made of thickened stainless steel.
5. The working temperature of the oven can be adjusted from room temperature to 500 ºC. The temperature control adopts intelligent dual digital display and has PID function. The temperature rise, constant temperature, and temperature setting of the oven are all controlled by intelligent temperature control, with startup or insulation timing functions, as well as overtemperature alarm and heater shutdown function.
6. The control method of the oven adopts industrial grade solid-state relays, which have the advantages of no noise, no contacts, and long service life.
7. In addition, two guide rails were made at the bottom of the oven, and external rails were added during discharge.
