1. Key Features

1. On the basis of the existing SC series short cycle welding machine PLC, vibration stud feeding program and welding gun stud feeding program have been added.
2. The vibrating disc stud feeding program consists of vibrating electromagnet, stud feeding speed control device, customized stud feeding disc, stud blowing, stud feeding stop, stud feeding gate valve, stud feeding counting, etc.
3. After activating the stud feeding speed control device, the stud feeding disc vibrates, and the studs are arranged one by one in order and move towards the stud feeding stop position. When the manual switch is pressed, the stop valve automatically opens, and the welding stud freely falls to the gate valve position. At the same time, the air valve opens, and under the push of stud blowing, it is smoothly fed into the welding gun through the stud feeding pipeline. Under PLC control, the stud feeding cylinder of the welding gun retracts and waits for the studs to arrive. When the studs reach the welding gun chuck, the piston of the welding gun cylinder moves to the gun mouth, aligning the welding gun mouth with the workpiece, and using the welding gun SC function, the welding process is completed.
4. In order to avoid incorrect operation of the welding gun, a welding stud counting function and a receiving circuit for welding studs in place have been added to the stud feeding area, ensuring that each stud can be smoothly delivered for welding.
5. All welding times of this PLC can be modified in a timely manner according to the actual situation on site, making it an efficient and simple automatic stud feeding welding method.
6. For welding machine repair workers and operators, it is a practical automatic welding machine that can be operated and maintained without training.
7. Welding gun is a new generation developed based on the automotive industry. Air valve is added on spindle.
