QIZHI Header and Stub Automatic Welding Machine QZ60A(FCAW)
 

• Suitable for header and stub automatic welding, adopting FCAW welding method.
• Unrestricted by stub length and shape, it can be used for welding of length longer than 80mm all type stubs, such as a straight stub or bend shape stub.
• Flexible handhold welding head, welding head weight is only 4KG, easy operation.
• Collaborating with OTC to develop the FCAW module, ensure FCAW quality.
• The equipment has both air and water cooling functions and can operate for a long time in an environment where the header is preheated at 250 ºC.

1. Key Features

1. Stable welding process, with minimal human interference factors, create good consistency in forming quality.
