Multifunctional pipe fitting up machine is mainly used for mechanical fit up of pipes and fittings, such as pipe and slip on flange, pipe and welding neck flange, pipe and elbow, pipe and tee, pipe and reducer, and other pipe spools in various industries.
It improves the fitting up misalignment accuracy and provides standard welding preparation for automatic welding, improving the welding efficiency and qualification rate of automatic welding.

Product Description
Automatic pipe spool production line
Based on user pipe specification, workshop size and productivity target, we support user to plan pipe spool fabrication workshop layout.
Standard line is suitable for:
Pipe diameter range: DN100 to DN 800
Pipe thickness range: 3-60mm
Raw pipe length: ≤12m
Processing materials: CS, SS, ALS, etc.
To avoid material contamination, CS and SS shall be fabricated separately. Due to the SS workload is less, to reduce invest cost, we suggest CS materials to be fabricated automatically, SS materials can be fabricated by manual.
Processing method:
Cutting: cold cutting, PLC band saw cutting machine (flame/plasma cutting is also available)
Beveling: CNC high speed pipe end beveling machine, can process heavy wall thickness various types beveling, such as V type, U type, X type, compound V type V and U type beveling, and internal beveling.
Fitting up and misalignment control: by multifunctional fitting up machine, can fit up pipe and flange, pipe and elbow, pipe and reducer, etc.
Automatic welding: we suggest automatic GTAW root pass, automatic thin wire SAW fill and cap pass.
