Product Description

QIZHI CNC four-roller plate rolling machine

1. This machine is a fully automatic hydraulic four-roller plate rolling machine, which is used to roll the steel plate into a cylindrical shape at room temperature.
2. The upper roller is fixed; the lower roller and both side rollers can move up and down.
3. The upper roller is the main driving roller, which provides torque for sheet rolling through its rotation.
4. The rollers on both sides are driven rollers.
5. Pre-bending is achieved by clamping the sheet with the upper and lower rollers, and lifting and lowering the side rollers to deform the sheet.
6. When rolling, the hydraulic motor planetary reducer drives the driving roller to rotate.
